Repertwahr Festival unfolded in Lucknow, breaking a three-year hiatus with a dazzling array of live music performances, stand-up acts, plays, and literature sessions. The cultural extravaganza commenced at Fairydale Ground, La Martiniere College, promising an even grander spectacle in the days to come.

The festival, which began with an introduction featuring renowned artists, saw former radio jockey and actor Harsh Khurrana participating in the play "Baaghi Albele," directed by Atul Kumar. The play, set in Ludhiana, presents a dystopian comedy revolving around survival, drawing inspiration from the 1942 World War II satire "To Be or Not to Be."

Noteworthy musicians, including Parvaaz members Khaled Ahamed and Sachin Banandur, and singer-musician Tajdar Junaid, added to the festivity with their performances. Expressing enthusiasm about Lucknow's musical spirit, vocalist Khaled Ahamed mentioned the city's growing craze for independent music, making it a welcoming space for artists.
